Daring to join the ranks of the WOYWWers...so here I am in a nutshell. I have quite an eclectic style but I do tend to border on the vintage/altered side with a genuine love of rubber stamping. I enjoy a good dose of splodge and paint too. Now and again I can also manage to rustle up a cute birdie and some flowers...
Here is a card I made for my Belgian mummy-in-law...I used labels from an ordinary stationers (check how your inks react...) and joined them together with wire in a concertina fashion (afterwards) so the labels can move but the whole thing can stand up.
And seeing as we are in a tag mood, here is another one... I have made it for the Craft Stamper June tag swap challenge. The theme was brown, orange and red. I call it a reversed 3-tag flip! It is hard to photograph as one is meant to peruse each label individually....had to go outside to photograph them as my camera isn't so hot.
And last a little vintage fun using some magazines from the 1950's and a mix of retro stamps. Just love polka dots and red! Next time I will attempt to share some shots of the crafty room which is in need of a make-over, de-clutter and some TLC (or is that me...?)

Time to actually put some stuff on my blog...
I am an absolute layman when it comes to this blogging lark...blush. It takes me ages to work out how to do just one thing. Normally I let my Apple fan whizz of a hubby do it all. But I must learn to "change a digital tyre" so to speak. I am hoping to show you a few of the things I have made...
I have been dabbling for just a few years so I am a bit of a rookie. I have always loved cards and collecting them. I am always intrigued by each little work , their composition and story. Three years ago I decided to have a go at making my own Christmas cards so I ventured down to the local craft shop (I lived in Holland at the time and wandered into a fabulous oasis and labyrinth) - been totally hooked ever since. I am now back in the UK and as avid as ever. But why are all the fab shops so far away...?

First wave to the outside world....
Just wondering if a bit of creative blogging and saying hello to other fellow paper-stuff folk might be something I'm into to...I think so.
